Site Background

Environmental Works, Inc. (EWI) conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the property located at 846 S. New Avenue in west-central Springfield, Missouri. The 0.16-acre subject property has been residentially developed since approximately 1900. The use of the subject property is unknown prior to 1900.

Findings

Suspect asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) observed at the Site include ceiling tiles, wall texture and vinyl sheet flooring. Sampling and analysis of these materials would be necessary in order to determine their asbestos content, if any.

No recognized environmental conditions (RECs) were identified for the subject property during this assessment.
