Site Background

Environmental Works, Inc. conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the property located at 745 S. Grant Avenue in Springfield, Missouri. The subject property is currently vacant, grass-covered land. A residence was located on the Site from at least 1910 to the mid 1980s. Prior to the construction of the current improvements, the Site was undeveloped land.
