Site Background

At the time of the assessment, a 6-unit apartment building, a café, and a single residence were located on the subject properties. The café and residence were purchased in1984 by Arch Bay Company. From 1910 through 1969, use of the subject property included a tourist center, a motel, a store, a restaurant, and residences. In 1954 two buildings were present on the subject property, in 1960 and 1975 only one building was present, in 1985 two buildings were present, and in 1995 three buildings occupied the property.

Findings

No significant environmental concerns were identified on the subject property or surrounding properties. No additional evaluation of the property is recommended by the assessor.
