The Springfield-Branson National Airport is owned by the City of Springfield. It is the 4th fastest growing commercial airport in the U.S. - and the 3rd busiest in the state. A volunteer administrative board oversees airport operations. The monthly board meeting is the official look at the decisions made regarding existing and future airport properties and the overall management of Airport employees.
