exhibition and convention space of about 110,000 square feet.

- Funding - Convention and Entertainment Community Improvement District;
State Tax Increment Finance District (TIF). The TIF returns half of the
3% state general sales tax generated in the Jordan Valley TIF to the community
for the project. Over the life of the TIF, the State's participation is
anticipated to be sufficient to retire $9 million in bonds.
