April Sessions: Cooking Demo - "Springtime Snacks"

Get outside, enjoy the sunshine and get active- but don’t forget snacks!  Whole fruit can be boring, but not this!  Come learn how to put a new and fun twist on fruit; like berries on a stick and healthy fruit dips that everyone will love. Chips are a classic snack, but have you ever made your own chips?  Learn how easy and affordable it is to make them at home!  Hummus is also delicious and good for you.  Did you know you can make it with a variety of different beans and with added flavors?   Try black bean hummus with cumin or Italian white bean hummus with herbs, they are also delicious served with vegetable sticks.  Come learn how to “re-think” your snacks!
