inBalance Employee Wellness Program


Sign up for inBalance90, a 12-week program that will challenge you
to adopt a new, healthy behavior each week and win prizes!

Challenge Begins June 27th

  • Each week, a new healthy behavior will be emailed to you along with tips and encouragement to help you along the way.
  • Behaviors will include: 
    1. Sleep at least 7 hours each night.
    2. Eat at least 2 servings of fruit each day.
    3. Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day.
    4. Eat at least 3 servings of vegetables each day.
    5. Use the stairs instead of the elevator every chance you get.
    6. Consume zero sweetened beverages each day.
    7. Perform 15 minutes of stress reduction activities each day.
    8. Eat breakfast each day.
    9. Park farther away and walk to destinations (e.g. back of parking lot).
    10. Read food labels and ingredients list for everything you eat each day.
    11. Track the amount of all non-work screen time (e.g. TV, tablet, cell phone).
    12. Bring your lunch to work each work day.
  • Do your best and be honest with yourself about your performance!
  • Fill out the tracking sheet and submit it at the end of each week.
  • -All submitted forms will go into a weekly drawing for prizes.

    -At the end of the 90 day challenge there will be a drawing for a several GRAND PRIZES of 4-hours paid leave!

  • Weekly tracking sheets can be submitted using the following methods:
  • -Survey Monkey (a new link will be available each week).
    Week 1

    -Use the Excel tracking sheet and submit it by email or interoffice mail.
