- Appeal A-59
To appeal the decision of an administrative official who declined to issue a sign permit for a sign the appellant wanted to relocate from Lot 3 to Lot 2 of Lowe's Subdivision because the subject sign is a legal nonconforming sign and hence can not be relocated. The City regards the subject sign as an off-premise sign; the appellant contends the sign is an on-premise sign.
- Appeal A-60
To appeal the decision of an administrative official. The official informed a company called C and V, LLC that its application for appeal to the Board of Adjustment had been rejected because the appeal was not received within the time specified by ordinance for submission of appeals.
