Meeting Calendar
Regular committee meetings are on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Midtown Carnegie Library Community Room. In addition, the following schedule will be followed:
- December 21, 2010: Public announcement and proposal solicitation
- January 5-6: Technical assistance meetings; 2:00 p.m.,Busch Building 1st floor conference room
- January 21: Due date for proposals
- February 8: Public hearing on CDBG activities; 6 p.m., Council Chambers, Historic City Hall
- February 22: Staff & advisory committee evaluation; 6 p.m., Midtown Carnegie Library
- March 21: First reading & public hearing before City Council; 6:30 p.m., Council Chambers, Historic City Hall
- April 4: Second reading & adoption by City Council
- May 15: Consolidated plan submitted to HUD
- July 1: Program year commences
