Site Background

The subject property is the Springfield public square located in the downtown district. The current square design was constructed in the late 1980s, prior to which the square was an intersection with parking at each corner. A trolley system was also present on the Site prior to the 1940s.

No recognized environmental conditions were identified during this assessment for the Site.
