Site Background

Environmental Works, Inc. conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the property located at 1859 N. Ramey Avenue in Springfield, Missouri. The subject property is located southwest of the intersection of Thoman Street and Ramsey Avenue and includes five storage buildings associated with North National Storage, a self-storage facility located on the adjacent properties to the north and west. Historical research conducted during this assessment identified the Site was utilized as a residential prior to 2007.

Findings

The Phase I ESA did not identify evidence of recognized environmental conditions for the subject property.

No suspect asbestos containing materials (ACMs) were identified during this assessment.
