Mike Carroll

Mike Carroll was appointed to City Council to serve as General Councilmember for Seat D in February 2013. He currently serves on the Finance and Administration Committee and the Community Involvement Committee.

Councilman Carroll currently serves as the Controller for Andy's Frozen Custard. His professional career has included positions that provide him with a strong legal, financial and tax accounting background.

Mr. Carroll received his Juris Doctorate from University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Missouri-Columbia.

Mr. Carroll's civic involvement includes service on the Greene County Board of Equalization and Leadership Springfield. Additionally he served as the treasurer for the Parenting Life Skills Center.

Councilman Carroll is married to Emily and together they have four children.
