Variance
V-538: A request for a variance from the 50 ft minimum lot
width requirement for Zone R-SF. The requested variance will
allow a 45 ft wide lot to be subdivided from the subject property
at 443 & 445 South Newton Avenue. |

V-539: A request for a variance from the minimum lot area,
width, and depth requirements for Zone R-SF in order allow a
single-family home to be constructed on the subject property
located at 819 East Pacific Street. |
