Randy Dunlap, AIA - Municipal Facilities
Superintendent
Randy has been with the city approximately 2 years. He brings some 33 years
of experience in the construction and architectural community. Randy began
his career after graduation from college with Hood Rich architects and Engineers,
working there 3 years before going to work for SMSU, 1972. After completing
a MS and Ed S degrees at SMSU and becoming registered as an architect in 1980.
Randy retired from SMSU in 2002,after 30 years, and came to head the Municipal
Facilities Section.
Chris Holland, P.E. -
Chris has worked for various architectural, construction, and Engineering
firms providing construction inspection and assistance with on-site
supervision for the last 30 years. Over the last 5 years he has worked
for Pellham Phillips Hagerman providing on-site inspection for the
Consultant. Chris holds two Bachelor of Science degrees and a Master
of Science in Civil Engineering.
Gail Fangrow- Municipal Facilities Supervisor
Gail has been with the city for 14 years. He previously worked for Grace Cabinet
shop which provides Millwork for commercial contractors.
Louie Morrow- Municipal Facilities Supervisor
Louie has been with the City 10 years. He previously worked for Bass Pro in
the building Maintenance Section taking care of Big Cedar Lodge and the Main
Bass Pro Campus.
Bill Trivitt- Municipal Facilities Specialist
Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and has worked
as a project coordinator in the City of Springfield’s Municipal Facilities
section since 1984. After graduating from college, he worked for several
local architectural firms before relocating to Kansas City to work at Bendix
Corporation, and to Tulsa, OK, to work as a facilities designer for Hilti
Corporation. |
