Fire Chief: David Hall
David Hall was named Fire Chief effective December 21, 2009. He previously served as Co-Interim Fire Chief since June 2009 while the search process was conducted for a new Fire Chief. Hall was named Assistant Chief for Operations in 2007. He is a 20-year veteran of the Department and has served as firefighter, equipment operator, truck captain, fire captain and battalion chief. He has a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University.
Assistant Fire Chief of Operations: David Pennington
David Pennington has served as Assistant Fire Chief of the Operations Division for the Fire Department since January 2010. He is a 13-year veteran of the Department and has served as firefighter, rescue salvage specialist, truck captain, fire captain, battalion chief and special operations chief. He has a Master of Science in Administrative Studies (MSAS)from Missouri State University.
Assistant Fire Chief of Fire Prevention: Randy Villines
Randy Villines served as Co-Interim Fire Chief with David Hall in June 2009 during the search process for a new Fire Chief. Villines was named Assistant Chief for the Fire Prevention Division in 2007. He is a 16-year veteran of the Department and has served as firefighter, equipment operator, truck captain, station captain, fire marshal and battalion chief. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University with an emphasis in Fire Prevention Technology.
Assistant Fire Chief of Training: Andy Woody
Andy Woody was promoted to Assistant Chief of the Training Division July 31, 2011. He is a 14-year veteran of the Department and has served as firefighter, training captain, truck captain, station captain, and special operations battalion chief. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an AAS degree in Fire Science.
