Pregnancy testing

The Springfield-Greene County Health Department offers a walk-in pregnancy testing clinic for Greene County residents at 227 East Chestnut Expressway.

Pregnancy testing, nutrition and prenatal education and information and referrals are provided at no cost to the client.

The clinic is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 am to 10:30 am.
