Clay Goddard

Clay joined the Springfield-Greene County Health Department in 1996 and has served in a number of roles in City government. He left the Health Department to serve as Director of Information Systems in 2005 and returned to public health in 2007 to serve as Assistant Director.   more

Pam has worked for the health department since 1995 starting as the Immunization Program Coordinator. Pam implemented the international travel vaccine program and obtained an immunization coverage rate of over 90% for the public health center. Pam was the nursing supervisor prior to her current position.   more


Diane Carr

Diane joined the City in 1972 as a clerk/stenographer for Public Works. In 1975 she transferred to the City Manager's office as a word processing operator and was later promoted to Supervisor of Word Processing. She moved to the health department in 1990 and is currently the Senior Executive Secretary for the Director of Health.

Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Drury University. He has worked more than 30 years in the Environmental Division doing everything from inspections to management.

She has more than twenty-seven years experience and came to work for the Springfield-Greene County Health Department in 1994. She is currently an officer of the Ozarks Chapter of Association of Governmental Accountants.   more


Jaci McReynolds

Jaci earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with honors from the Master's College in Santa Clarita, California. Her career includes more than 17 years in the Communications field, working in film and video production, video editing, television news producing and videography, photography, website design, graphic design and writing. She frequently teaches, lectures and leads trainings on risk communication, public information and working with the media.   more
