Doug has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health from Illinois State University. He has over 14 years of experience managing environmental programs in both the public and private sectors. He is a Registered Manager (REM) with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP). Doug has been with the Springfield-Greene County Health Department since February 2006.
