Kelly Evans Peer Counselor (417) 864-1324 Kelly is a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor. She has worked at the WIC office since October of 2006. She is currently attending college to get her degree in elementary education and is working toward being a lactation consultant. She feels all mothers can give their babies the best start by breastfeeding. She has four active children who keep her very busy, and she enjoys spending time with them.
