Mernah Snow Office Assistant (417) 864-1079 Mernah has worked for the City of Springfield for 18 years. Four of those years she spent at 9-1-1 and the other 14 years she worked in the health department's Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program. Mernah enjoys working with the public and says the City has made her job easier by allowing her to attend seminars and group meetings. She enjoys being employed by the City of Springfield because she considers it to be a respectable job and she has no plans to relocate.
