Michelle Jacobs, BSN, RN Building Blocks Case Manager Michelle graduated from Burge School of Nursing in 1996 and began working with hospitalized infants and children. She was employed as a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse at a local hospital for about nine years. During that time, Michelle furthered her education and received her BSN from SMSU in 2005. Michelle left the hospital and joined Building Blocks in 2005. She says, "It's amazing to be a part of someone's life as they experience pregnancy, give birth to a child, and transition into motherhood. I am honored when my clients allow me to be a part of this challenging and exciting time in their lives. I am truly blessed to be involved with such a great program."
