Mindy Musselman Nutritionist (417) 864-1082 Mindy is a registered, licensed dietitian in the state of Missouri. She graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in dietetics. She began working for WIC in May of 2009. Previously, Mindy worked as a dietitian for Hy-Vee. She enjoys sharing nutrition information and cooking tips with families at WIC.
