Pam has worked for the Springfield-Greene County Public Health Department since 1995 starting as the Immunization Program Coordinator. Pam implemented the international travel vaccine program and obtained an immunization coverage rate of over 90% for the public health center. Pam was the nursing supervisor prior to her current position as the Administrator of Maternal, Child & Family Health programs.

Pam has a Masters in Health Service Management from Webster University, a diploma of Nursing from St. John's School of Nursing, and a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics & Home Economics from Missouri State University. In addition, she holds a certification as a Board Certified Public Health Administrator and is a fellow of the Missouri Public Health Leadership Institute.

Pam is oversees the Women, Infant and Children's nutritional support program, community and public health nurses, and the Building Blocks program. She is a member of numerous local and state collaboratives including Missouri Council of Public Health Nurses, Partner for Maternal and Child Health, and is current chair of the Missouri Nurses for Public Health.
