Rinda received her Associate Degree and Bachelors Degree in nursing from Cox College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She also recently completed a Master's Degree in Public Health at Southwest Missouri State University. Rinda joined the Building Blocks program at the health department in August 2004 and then moved to the nursing staff in May 2007.
