Child abuse and neglect education

Phyllis Key, BSN, RN, FDC believes every child should be happy and safe in our community, but she recognizes that is not always the case.

With parental permission, Phyllis teaches body safety to many children in our community through the program "Good Touch, Bad Touch."

She also provides child abuse and neglect education to parents and child care providers.
