Inspect and regulate commercial food retailers and processors
Inspect daycare facilities
Inspect hotels and motels
Inspect public swimming pools and spas
Investigate private sewage system complaints
Investigate animal bites
Evaluate water and septic systems for regulated facilities and county zoning cases
Collect water samples from private water supplies
Investigate food-borne illness in conjuntion with epidemiology staff
Investigate environmental complaints
