1. Two open drink glasses in food preparation area. (Must use cups with lids and straws if drinks are in food preparation areas.)
2. Some containers of raw chicken were stored above vegetables in walk-in refrigerator. Promptly relocated (Must store raw meat in a manner to prevent possible cross contamination.)
3. No air gap on sprayer at disposal sink. (Must provide a gap of at least one inch above flood rim.)
4. Some evidence of mice in storage room. (Must clean up area and take actions to minimize mice.)
