Program Overview

Our nursing staff at the Springfield-Greene County Health Department truly cares about the individuals and families they serve in our community. Our nurses' focus is to help area residents achieve their health goals.

Services

The nursing staff provide the following services:

• Maternal, infant and child home visits
• Patient services and screenings
  • Blood pressure screenings
  • Head lice screening and education
  • Special medical requests
• Prenatal case management
• Lead case management
• Community resource information and referrals
• Community health education via speaking engagements or one-on-one consultation

Eligibility

Nursing services are available at no cost to residents of Greene County.
