Question: What is the red arrow icon ( ) that I see all over the Infonet site?

Answer: This indicates a link to a site on the world wide web which is not a part of Infonet. These sites are informative and therefore are included as quality links. However, information on these sites is maintained by their owners and should not be confused with information originating from the City of Springfield. To return to the City's Infonet from one of these sites you will need to use either your browswer's back button or its "history" menu.

Question: Why do some things seem to be missing on the pages?

Answer: This could be due to a couple things in most cases. First, this site makes heavy use of JavaScript programming elements which are only viewable by version 4.0 and higher browsers. Also, some things may get pushed out of existence if you have your internet browser set to display text at very large sizes. This parameter is able to be modified by individual users by going to the View > Text Size menu in your browser.
