PARKS CARETAKER
Typical schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 7 am-3:30 pm; hours may vary.
DUTIES
Participates in the care and maintenance of turf, trees, shrubs, grounds, buildings, facilities, and equipment in city parks.
Requires
One year of experience in general maintenance of commercial grounds. Experience directly related to specific vacancy or assignment is preferred. Must obtain and maintain at minimum a valid Class “B” CDL with the ability to operate a vehicle with airbrakes within the probationary period, for all assignments except the Dickerson Park Zoo. A pesticide applicator’s license is preferred but not required. Subject to emergency call-in.

Salary
$11.34 - $16.38 Hourly is complete Salary Range.
(Starting salary is typically at the beginning of the range depending on individual qualifications and budget authorization.)
