TEMPORARY AIRLINE SERVICE AGENT
*20 + hours per week depending on flight schedules*
Provides ground services to both contracted commercial airlines and charter aircraft upon arrival at and departure from the Airport. Responsibilities will also include ground operations, aircraft cleaning, security, operations and commissary duties as required.
Minimum of one year Customer Service experience or the equivalent in related training and/or experience. Airline industry experience preferred.
Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation with a fingerprint-based criminal history records check in accordance with Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1542, and Airport Security, as required by the Transportation Security Administration. Must be able to work a variety of assigned shifts including holidays, evenings, and weekends. Subject to emergency call-in. Must possess a valid Missouri Driver’s License.

Starting pay will be $9.00 an hour.

These are part-time positions. They are classified as temporary because they are currently funded from revenues generated under agreement with various air carriers serving Springfield-Branson National Airport. In the event this agreement should be terminated for any reason, by either the Airport or the air carriers, these positions would likewise be terminated.
