Concept Plan Recommendations

Phase 1

Phase I of construction (in process) is to include the following:

• Gateway feature at the corner of National and Trafficway
• Sister Cities Plaza
• Methane mitigation system
• Hydro-seeding and landscaping
• Fencing to separate the northern portion of the site until funding is available for finishing
• Parking Lot on the southwest corner

Phase 2:

• Creation of a water feature
• Condo development overlooking Hammons Field
• Inclusion of a carousel
