Concept Plan Recommendations

Phase 1

• Develop open space
• Bring Jordan Creek out of its confined concrete channel
• Develop greenways along Jordan Creek while using the railroad bed
• Connect to West Central Neighborhood
• Look at feasibility of retaining a rail line for transportation within Jordan Valley
• Investigate a site for a public facility along Main Avenue
• Develop streetscape along Main Avenue
• Improve Fort Avenue

Phase 2:

• Continue development of constructed wetlands
• Develop local farmer’s market
• Establish a Veteran’s Memorial
