Brownfields: The Brownfields Program works to assess, clean up, and facilitate the redevelopment / reuse of potentially contaminated properties known as "brownfields" within the City of Springfield.
City Owned Property: City’s property inventory, including 65 parcels that will be considered for sale. The map is color-coded by city department. By clicking on individual parcels, more detailed property descriptions linked to the Greene County Assessor’s database can be accessed. Citizens who are interested in acquiring any of the 65 properties should contact the City with their name, address, phone number and any other relevant contact information and the Property Identification Number (PIN) and/or address of the property as listed on the map.
