Officer Salary and Benefits
The starting bi-weekly salary while attending the Springfield Police Academy will be $1,262.40 ($15.78 hourly; $32,822.40 annually). The salary for the rank of Police Officer will range up to $51,812.80 annually based upon years of service with the department.
