For Immediate Release: Robbery Investigation

The Springfield Police Department is continuing their investigation into an armed robbery that occurred last night just before 8:30 p.m. The robbery occurred at 1620 E. Sunshine when two suspects entered the store and robbed the clerk at gunpoint. Prior to the robbery, a female had entered the store and police now believe she was associated with the suspects.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding the suspects, or the identity of the female in the attached picture, to call 869-TIPS or 864-1810.

The other two suspects were described as white males, both about 5-10, 150 pounds, and with brown hair.
