Public fingerprinting is done on Monday and Wednesday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. by appointment only and individuals will need to call 864-1771 to schedule an appointment. Bring your own fingerprint card(s) if possible. Cards will be provided if a person does not have them. There is a $6.50 fee per card (cash only) for the fingerprinting. Please provide the following information:

• Full name
• Any other names (maiden name and aliases)
• Date of birth
• Place of birth
• Picture identification card with valid up-to-date information (drivers license, state-issued photo ID, passport, U.S. military ID)
