Storm Drain Art
Knial Piper and his brother Keaton Piper are at it again, creating another unique painting that helps to educate the public on storm water. Knial first contacted the City with this idea in 2008 and completed his first painting "Water Clean=Tree Green" on Jefferson at Park Central East. This time he is joined by his younger brother Keaton in their collaborative work "Don't Clog the Frog" on South Avenue at McDaniel.
