Case Study: Green Circle Shopping Center ( 6.9 mb) - Published by James River Basin Partnership as part of the Water Quality Improvement Project (WQIP) federal grant that provided $196,000 to help fund the rain water cistern, green roof, and pervious pavement at Green Circle Shopping Center, a Platinum LEED-Certified Building.
