Officers from the Springfield Police Department were dispatched to a pavilion in Silver Springs Park, 1100 N. Hampton, this afternoon at 1539 hours in response to a call from a citizen who said she had just been robbed. The victim stated she was sitting at a table in the pavilion holding her baby and talking on her cellular telephone when a black male subject approached her.
