Greenways Annual Meeting Features Drury Project
The public is invited to join Ozark Greenways for the organization’s 19th annual Membership Meeting, to be held from 6 – 8 p.m., Thursday, April 29, at the Springfield Conservation Nature Center, 4600 S. Chrisman. The meeting is free and the public is very encouraged to come, no RSVP necessary. This year’s event will consist of a social time with appetizers, brief board election and awards, question and answer session, and our featured guests, students from a Drury University community project about Ozark Greenways!

Can you believe it’s been 19 years since Ozark Greenways began preserving greenspace for public enjoyment in the Springfield community? Nowadays, you can go out to any of the greenway trails and see all types of people – even whole families - walking, biking, running and skating. Thousands of people are using these public facilities each month for recreation, good health, alternative transportation and the enjoyment of nature close to home.
