Volunteer Workday at the Southwest Missouri Humane Society

Ozark Greenways’ June volunteer workday will join forces with the Southwest Missouri Humane Society, eagle scouts and any other volunteers from 9 a.m. – Noon, Saturday, June 12. We will be clearing brush, doing grub-axe work and spreading woodchips, to create a dog-walking trail for the shelter dogs at the Humane Society.

The public is invited to volunteer. Meet at the Humane Society, at 3161 W. Norton Rd. If possible, bring limb-loppers, heavy rakes, wheelbarrows, pitchforks, shovels, work gloves and a water bottle.
