Celebrate Father's Day at Dickerson Park Zoo
Let your imagination run wild this Father’s Day, and enjoy a day at the zoo with Dad. All fathers receive free admission to Dickerson Park Zoo on Sunday, June 20.
Along with the animal exhibits, Dickerson Park Zoo provides a variety of fun-filled activities for all ages. Families can purchase $2/person tickets for a train ride on the Titus Express (babies under age 1 ride free). Cool off and relax by the Jumping Jewels water play. Visit the Outback Corral petting zoo (feed is 50¢/handful), and feed the giraffes at the elevated deck during designated feeding times ($2 per package of crackers).
Dickerson Park Zoo is open daily during the summer, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., including all summer holidays. Admission is $8 for adults and teenagers, $5 for children ages 3-12 and free for children age two and younger. Friends of the Zoo memberships are $65 for an annual pass.
