15th Japanese Fall Festival Schedule Now Online
A full schedule of events is now available for the 15th annual Japanese Fall Festival in Springfield, Mo. on Friday, Sept. 10 through Sunday, Sept. 12 at http://bit.ly/JFF2010.
The Springfield Sister Cities Association, with support from the Springfield-Greene County Park Board, will host the event at the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden at Nathanael Greene/Close Memorial Park, 2400 S. Scenic Ave.
Special performances by a traditional Japanese storyteller, taiko drumming group, traditional top spinner, and guests from Springfield’s sister city of Isesaki, Japan highlight this year’s festival.

The three-day festival runs from 5:30 – 10 p.m., Friday night, and 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. Admission is $5 for adults; $3 for kids 12 and younger; and toddlers two years of age and under are free.
