1st Degree Pharmacy Robbery Suspect Charged

Justin L. Martin, 27, of Republic has been charged with 1st Degree Pharmacy Robbery. Martin is accused of robbing the Family Pharmacy, 527 W. Kearney, just before 11 a.m. on Oct. 18, 2010. Martin was arrested in Republic late yesterday afternoon.

Police were assisted in the investigation by employees of the pharmacy, as they were able to provide a license plate and a good description of the car that Martin drove off in after the robbery. Martin made off with a large amount a prescription drugs.

Martin is currently in the Greene County Jail with a $100,000 bond.
