CityView Channel Now on AT&T U-Verse

CityView, the City of Springfield’s government information television channel, is now available to subscribers of AT&T’s U-Verse service.

CityView on U-Verse will be available 24/7 with all the same programming also seen on Mediacom CityView digital channels 15.1, 80 and 80.1, which includes City Council meetings, Tuesdays with Council and a variety of other programs produced by City staff about Springfield City government.

CityView can be found at channel 99 on the U-Verse system in several ways: enter 99 on a remote control, or select Government, Education and Public Access from the “Live” section of the main menu, or access the “Guide” and scroll to channel 99.

A second channel offering will begin soon and provide additional local programs not available on CityView. Hillcrest High School’s award winning HTV Magazine, along with programs from Drury University, Evangel University and others will be among the offerings.

“As we continue to deploy AT&T U-Verse in the area, we support the City of Springfield’s participation in our local community programming capability,” said Mike Haynes, Regional Director, AT&T Missouri. “We want our U-Verse TV customers to have the best experience possible.”

Customers or subscribers may contact AT&T at: 800-288-2020 or www.att.com/u-verse. Enter an address to see if U-Verse is available in a particular neighborhood.
