Daddys and Daughters to Dance February 18

The Springfield-Greene County Park Board will host the 5th annual Daddy Daughter Dance from 6 – 9 p.m., Friday, Feb. 18, in the Northview Center Ballroom, 301 E. Talmage, featuring free dance lessons the previous week.

Girls age three and older are encouraged to bring their favorite man out for a night of dancing. Participants can polish their skills with a free dance lesson from experienced instructors from 6:30 – 8 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 9 or 1 – 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 12, at the adjacent Doling Family Center before the actual event.

The night of the dance will include a catered meal from Mille's Turn of the Century Café, dancing to live local music by Lucky Boys Band, flowers and a memorable photograph.

Tickets are $30 per couple, and $15 each additional child. Purchase your tickets at Doling Family Center, 301 E. Talmage, or Chesterfield Family Center, 2511 W. Republic Road, by Tuesday, Feb. 15.
