Guardian Bowl Charity Football Game

The Springfield Police Department would like to invite the Springfield Community to the first annual Guardian Bowl football game benefiting the Greene County 100 club this Saturday, May 7, at 6:00 p.m. at Missouri State University's Plaster Sports Complex. Tickets for the event are $10.00.

Officers of the Springfield Police Department will take on officers of the Joplin Police Department in the first ever event to benefit this great cause. The Greene County 100 Club is a not-for-profit organization that provides financial support to the surviving spouse and dependent children of Greene County, Missouri police officers, sheriff's deputies and firefighters killed in the line of duty.

The event is made possible through the collective efforts of the Greene County 100 Club board members, the Springfield Police Department, Joplin Police and Fire Departments and with donations from local venues.
