Uniform Crime Report Reveals Crime Decreasing

Springfield's Uniform Crime Report for the third quarter of 2011 has been completed. It is important to mention that there has been a decrease in robbery, aggravated assaults, burglary and theft's resulting in a decrease to the overall index to -1.69% compared to the same time frame from last year.
