He received a juris doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia in May 2000 and is a former member of the Greene County Board of Equalization and Leadership Springfield. Fisk has been a resident of Springfield for 37 years, and is the co-owner of J. Howard Fisk Limousines. She is a graduate of Missouri State University and has been involved with numerous organizations in Springfield. Hodge, a resident of Springfield for 23 years, is retired from the U.S. Army and Springfield Public Schools, where he worked security and as an attendance adviser.
