Administrative Review Committee
Overview
The Administrative Review Committee (ARC) reviews and approves relevant applications and plans as established by the Land Development Code, rules on questions of technical and administrative nature and where the application and operation of the Land Development Code is unclear.
Items requiring formal action by the Administrative Review Committee include:
- Cooperative Parking Agreement application
- Ordinance Interpretation
- Review of Final Development Plans
- Other reviews as required by ordinance
Please note that the approval of any of the items listed above by the Administrative Review Committee does not guarantee approval of an applicant's public improvement plans, building plans, rezoning request or subdivision of land. Additional requirements to those approved by the Administrative Review Committee may be required during review of the detailed development plans or land development applications.
Meetings & Guidelines
The group meets every Tuesday at 3:00 P.M. in Room 285 of the Busch Municipal Building. If the meeting falls on a City recognized holiday, it is moved to the previous Monday. Meetings are open to the public.
The deadline for all Administrative Review Committee meetings is 5:00 P.M. on the Tuesday before the meeting. If the deadline falls on a City recognized holiday, it is moved to the previous Monday.
Bring seven (7) copies of all items to the Zoning and Subdivision Services office by the deadline.
